In this episode we are joined by special guest Zay Canters (They/Them).
Zay shares with us, their experiences with exploring their gender identity, transitioning, the relationship they have with their body and physical activity, plus a bunch of great insights that they have learned from connecting with their body.
Zay is my business partner and co founder of Fearless Movement Collective. They are the skilly person that makes sure everything in our business is running smoothly and keeps the FMC website on point and up to date.
The experience Zay has had with discovering their identity, like many folks from the TGD community has not been the smoothest of journeys.
From growing up in a conservative family in the outer East of Melbourne to overcoming alcohol addiction and becoming a life coach, their journey has led them to explore their inner world. Zay has sought to challenge themself to question how they could reshape their beliefs around who they are, who they can be and how others can learn to do the same.
