New Year New Me? No Thanks!!
This week we have my husband, Keith, on the podcast to talk all about New Years intentions vs. New Years goals. We know that 2020 was a struggle, to say the least. But to think that that struggle is going to magically end just because we entered a new year would be naive.
We are approaching this year with intentions, rather than goals or resolutions. We are setting ourselves up for habits that we can sustain year long & growth that we can continue to make over these next 12 months.
