Much like the stages of youth development, 4-H Professionals also have stages of development. Retired Extension Professional, Dr. Jim Rutledge, asserted that 4-H Professionals move through these developmental stages (Service, Educator, Manager, Leader.) The team is joined by Ann Kowenstrot (Alaska), Marla Lowder (Alaska) and Emily Swinyer (Wyoming) to discuss, explore, encourage and offer survival strategies of these professional stages.
