What started out as a podcast focused on the 8 dimensions of wellness (emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual) over a half of a decade ago has ended up mostly honing in on conversations about workplace wellness and spirituality -- as separate and combined topics! Sometimes we'll talk about the human-ing (the touchable human / classical physics / our who-ness) aspect, other times we'll talk about the being (the untouchable Quantum Self / quantum physics / our what-ness), and other times we'll talk about shining our Quantum Self through this biological spacesuit (at work and otherwise).
