With the backdrop of the recent Florida school shootings, I talk with School Psychologist, Andrea Howard, PhD about the pathway to emotional healing for the families of victims and those impacted by this and similar horrendous acts that have become a regular part of American culture. We also discussed how the trauma-informed care training gaining wider adoption in schools may produce a more emotionally and physically safer work environment for employees if also applied in the business arena.
