Professor Raynor is HPU’s 2020 recipient of the Ruth Ridenhour Scholarly and Professional Achievement Award. In this episode, he shares with us the themes that are prevalent in his internationally recognized art; the teaching approaches he uses to tap into students‘ inner creativity; and the importance of experimentation and the risk of failure in the creative process. He even weighs in on the importance of a growth mindset in development artistic ability.
