Talking to Taylor, a Marketing Specialist at Pacific Science Center, was great as she is so introspective and wise. We talk about the skillsets needed to excel in the non-profit world along with some great feedback on how managers/directors need to really adapt to the needs of their staff. Taylor also talks about how brands and people need to more fully embrace diversity and go beyond just broader social statements, and invest in the commitment to greater inclusion.
