While I will use the context of teachers and teaching to discuss these topics, I am confident that the lessons and insights apply to many professions. I will share a few articles about the person in the practice, the implications for shifting our views of a profession as actions and individuals, and what we could/should do to attend to and grow the "somebody" in the work we do.
