RACE22 Radio hosted a Roundtable discussion on tech and rules for Late Model Stock Cars. Hosts Langley Austin and Roger Johnson were joined by CARS Tour LMSC Tech man David "Lightning" Saunders, former NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Director of Competition Kenny Hunley, Southern National Motorsports Park Competition Director Mike Bushee and former Hickory Motor Speedway tech man and lifelong racer Scott Kilby.
They talked about the hottest topic in Late Model Stock Car racing currently which is the billet steel spindles and what they did and how the rules would be enforced this season. We opened with each guy getting to introduce themselves with a little background on their history in racing.
