In this episode we talk to Katie Powell, the founder of Save a Dog Network Canada and Tammy Garboury the Pet Care Manager at the Welland & District Humane Society about their mission in rescuing and rehoming  dogs  from Manitoba and bringing them to Ontario. 

Many First Nations Communities have a problem with obtaining veterinary care leading to hundreds of dogs to fend for themselves, in turn causing a whole host of issues for the local communities.
