The NY Post receives another letter with a cryptogram claiming to be from the N.Y. Zodiac Killer. It claims 4 more victims , the police confirm 3 with 1 being stabbed over 100 times. The pattern has changed but people are still being killed.

The Zodiac is arrested for an unrelated crime and then released due to an error. Then a hostage standoff occurs with a deranged man shooting his sister and then at the police. After a 3 hour standoff the man is arrested with an arsenal of homemade guns and explosives.
