Discussing trauma and our need in the black community to recycle it amongst our families, marriages, raising our children and then back into the community to do it all again. This trauma recycling behavior must stop. It serves no purspose. The post in IG I’m referring to said “If you do not address your childhood traumas, you romantic relationships will.” All your relationships will rotate and live in that trauma. TIME TO HEAL!!
