Auto text: Hi everyone and welcome to the greater than its first podcast again my name is Lisa Rusczyk and this is episode 7 using the spot on a cruise ship welcome to the podcast and today I want to talk to you about how I love to travel and I hope you did too we have a great show for you today if you love podcast you can and you might also like are audiobooks we have greater than a towards audio books and they’re available on Audible or on Amazon and this is it as a reminder you can get a 30 day free membership by going to Amazon Audible and getting using your free membership I have already use mine but there’s lots of other great books at I still want to listen to I usually listen to audiobooks and podcasts while I am exercising for the day on the treadmill or outside and that would be a good place for you to do that too so the things are going to talk about today are using this phone a cruise ship we’re going to talk about deals I’m just using the sun in the hot tubs and is it worth it so I have been on about 20 cruises with my husband and I we are very lucky to be able to go in that mini cruises and I’ve only really been to the spa one time when I get back I actually get motion sick on cruise ships sometimes and I treated myself one day on a CD to a to a massage and it was a very lovely massage so the first thing is Deals they usually have deals on cruise ships not on sea days but at days at people are in the port and the reason being is because most of the time many people are off the cruise ship and not as many people are in the spot that use the Spa’s more when there are I guess need things to do or fill up their time and at the spot as a very lovely place to do this so the spies usually by the gym on a cruise ship and they have a little locker room in some showers and then they have some massage rooms and usually a room that has possibly hot tubs or these chairs that you can lay on that are warm that have beautiful views and they usually have a sauna in there too so sometimes you can just use the sauna in the hot tubs if you want and he’s hot tubs are usually separate from the other hot tubs on the cruise ship that you can get in to relax and they usually have someone for guys and one for girls separately an area where you can just lay down and also a sauna in a similar way and you can use these things after you get a massage if you pay for a massage or you can just use it throughout the w...
