What is love…
I am not saying I have figured out the answer, but in this live I share what I know about love.
Some of what I know so far about love:
Love is not a feeling.
Love is not demanding of the other person.
Love is not forcing them on to your path.
Love is tested in times of conflict.
Being loved by another doesn’t mean the experience will always feel good.
Loving me doesn’t mean they will do as I say.
Love is the most powerful healing agent on the earth.
And love from another person, when you feel you don’t deserve it or are ashamed inside yourself is the most powerful healing experience.

What gets in the way of us experiencing or giving love?
