On Episode 7, we decided to discuss our struggles with self-image and insecurities. Discussing what caused some of the ways we view ourselves and how that has affected us. We also explored how the way we view ourselves affected how we treat others. It got a little deep but it was real and needed. I'm sure that this episode is something we all could relate to at one point or another in our lives.
