In this Episode, Babatunde joins RINZ to share his experiences in working in the UK and how he bought his house after one year of relocating to the UK.

An experienced estate surveyor, Babatunde Ajani started his journey with some of Nigeria's most prominent real estate firms, having a short stint at Knight Frank Nigeria and UPDC. Thereafter worked at pleroma Facilities Management company as Head of facilities and maintenance. Babatunde thereafter started his small real estate firm where he had about #1,000,000,000 worth of management properties and even more in property sales. Babatunde led a team of young people to pioneer a foundation called VAAMMF (Victoria adeyanju ajani male mentorship foundation) which is focused on educating and mentoring boys on how to navigate the waters in the very complex world they live in at the moment. About 2 years ago, Babatunde moved to England to South out New opportunities in 2019 and worked in the health and social care sector where he quickly rose to become a manager. But for his love for the real sector and his penchant for charity, Babatunde moved to the 3rd sector as a project manager. In all of the above, he continues to sponsor 2 boys and a girl to school back home in Nigeria continues to mentor hundreds of young Men and women and still manages his real estate firm which has seen him make a few sales to Nigerians back home who want to invest in the UK real sector. An astute business development exec, Babatunde believes that the world needs to slow down and revert back to when there was respect, consideration for people's feelings and true freedom. Babatunde is a proponent of live and let live and believes that freedom should not be subjective. Babatunde believes that men are currently being bashed and blamed and he continues to share his concern of how we are making monsters in the name of fighting for the girl child. Babatunde believes a win for men is a win for women and a win for women is a win for men. Babatunde believes in equal opportunities but also believes in equal outcomes. Babatunde is a Christian and continues to rely on the Bible as the basis and a standard for his morality. Babatunde continues to support courses that work with men and male mentorship.
