Martha’s good friend and former colleague, Matt Kulhanek, is someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, and doesn’t hesitate to speak his mind when he disagrees with something. He has the courage to show up and been seen. We have a candid conversation with Matt about some of the challenges we face as sales professionals. We touched on some ideas on how we can more effectively manage expectations to follow “the plan” without sacrificing our unique strengths. We talked about the dangers of prioritizing quotas over integrity, and how easily it is to fall into the habit of convincing oneself to whole heartedly believe you’re are doing the right thing.
