Stefan Pantellis has practised exclusively in family law since his admission to legal practice in 2017. Prior to his admission, he worked in family law and family violence prevention in both private practice and the community sector in legal support roles. Stefan is passionate about delivering high quality legal services and achieving practical outcomes for his clients. He is particularly interested in LGBTIQ family law issues including adoption, surrogacy and donor agreement matters. Stefan also has a keen interest in international family law matters and has experience in both Hague and non-Hague Convention child abduction matters.
