Maureen Lennon is the writer of Middle Child Theatre's latest, and largest-scale show yet. Quite a task, but she's up to it. Maureen co-founded Bellow Theatre after graduating from university, and draws on folk and legend to tell the tales of the silenced in unexpected stages. Her writing is as intimate and moving as it is funny and alive.

Seeing Hull, and its people, on stage or screen was once a rare thing. That began to change about 40 years ago and our stories are now regularly seen.
