In this episode: We open with the one person that apparently hates Elon Musk more than we do, his own daughter that filed to legally change not only her gender identity, but also her last name to have nothing to do with him.
We then cover day 4 and 5 of the Jan 6 committee hearings, outlining Trumps plan to pressure election officials, workers, and the Department of Justice. SCOTUS has been busy this week, with three disastrous rulings, all 6-3:
They allow public funds for religious schools that are sectarian in nature, they expanded gun rights to disallow states to require special needs for carrying in public, and finally, they gutted Miranda rights.
Our ACAB is an update on the Uvalde officers being called an “abject failure” and were on the scene with rifles and ballistic shields, with doors unlocked and still took no action.
