Do you have some insecurities about how you look, but ultimately it's stuff you're actually OK with?

Like, it would be great if you had a smaller nose or a smaller butt, but you're also OK with things the way they are? And really - that means that you're OK with the way YOU are?

If that's the case (which I hope it is), have you ever had people still plant weird seeds of doubt in your mind - kind of like they're subtly telling you that you SHOULDN'T be OK with yourself and your "perfect imperfections?"

If you've worked to get to a place of acceptance...if you're OK being you...don't let anyone project THEIR hang-ups onto YOU!
