When you go out to eat with your friends are you always thinking in your head, "omg this has a lot of carbs" or "ummm I'm not gonna eat the potatoes/rice because it has to much carbs"? Carbs are not your ENEMY! It's what society has taught you that is wrong. In America we have the top percentage of obesity and diabetes (or self afflicted health issues). with also being a lazy country, we have fast food places on every corner which make it very easy to just drive up, order #5 with a large coke and extra cheese, and go home, enjoy, then go to sleep.  What If I told you that you could still enjoy the foods you love that are "bad", but all I ask is that you understand what you're eating just a little bit more.
