Y'all this book was LONG OVERDUE, and even that isn't an exaggeration enough! We read this book well into the middle of December and are finally talking about it and I feel like we need to give justice to Tisaanah, Max, and Carissa lol. This book was so creative and devastating in the development of the characters which really set them a part from other fantasy novels we've read in the past. Maddie absolutely loved the book while Tori is convinced the audiobook narrator made her space out the entire story so this might be a book best enjoyed on kindle or a physical copy!
