In Episode 71, Stuart McCullough and Senior Workplace Relations Consultant, Daniel Pullin discuss the interaction between the Ordinary Hours of Work per Week and Overtime clauses to clarify the ability for health services to average a Doctor’s ordinary hours of work over a period of up to four weeks. Additionally, they discuss the introduction of sub-clause 33.5 into the proposed Agreement that clarifies that an Overtime payment incurred must be reflected in the time and wages record and paid in that applicable pay period (and not carried over into the following pay period).
