Jay says: "As a survivor of incest, it made me question my masculinity, I was self-sabotaging and contemplated suicide. I did not like the man I had become. I decided I had had enough and asked for help. Now my purpose is to help others get the help they need and to make sure help is available when they ask for it. We can't wait weeks or months for help when we are in crisis. Male survivor you are not alone, and you have nothing to be ashamed of."
