I'm an imposter... ok so not really haha but that's how Zarb has felt this past week, this is the most vulnerable Zarb has ever been in an episode, to the point that he was a second away half way through, from hitting stop and not uploading the episode because the imposter in the mind was still screaming at him.

The imposter/ego in your mind, never completely goes away, however you can get better at identifying it and separating from it. It shows up to test you and if you fold to it, you are missing out on huge levels of growth.
