Midsummer is a celebration of the Summer Solstice in many pagan traditions. There are several ways you can celebrate, but we're going to look at some Irish paganism traditions.

Celebrating the Summer Solstice, or Midsummer, is a common theme among many pagan faiths and traditions. Though it may have many names, Midsummer is often seen as the midpoint between the dark and the light half of the year. At Midsummer, we encounter the longest day of the year and, after, we start our descent into the darker half of the year. Midsummer is celebrated on different days in the northern and southern hemispheres because it is an astronomical event.
