In 1931 William Herbert Wallace was found guilty of the Murder of his wife Julia and sentenced to death. However, before the execution, for the first time in legal history, an appeal was allowed after re-examination of evidence and Williams conviction was overturned. The End right? NOT so fast listeners, this case has so many twists and turns and questions armature and professional criminologists have debated this case ever since.

Mark Russell, was born and raised in the shadow of this fascinating case and turned his life long curiosity into a fact finding quest.
