In early March 2022, a young man in Hampton Roads was feeling on top of the world. He had a great girlfriend, their relationship was in a good place, she was starting a new job, he was getting a new business off the ground...things were genuinely good. But by March 22nd, after a phone call with a nosy mom brought some underlying stressors bubbling to the surface, things very quickly became anything but peachy keen.
