Shayne and Matt discuss the high school sports "off season" or summer break.   On the heels of a Kentucky High School Athletic Association decision to implement a mandatory no contact period in the summer, we discuss whether or not that's a good idea for Ohio and/or individual school districts.  The discussion also goes into what should parents, players, and coaches expect out of the off season.
