As our first block of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training comes to an end we take a look at what we have enjoyed and where we want to go next with the training. Its been a blast doing this together with Shaun twice a week.

We also recap our trip away to Brighton to watch Manchester City at the weekend and round up all the weeks Premier League and Carabao Cup football and look forward to what for u is going to be an action packed week of games.
