In this episode I am talking about no money down investing. I think we all hear a lot of hype about this type of investing. These types of deals seem few and far between. Actually it seems more like a way for a "Guru" to sell some course to wanna-be investors. All of these properties that I have seen are properties that you would most likely not want to buy anyways. The reality is that you are going to have some money invested, from advertising to deposit or whatever the reason, I doubt, there is a truly zero money invested deal.
