Breianna Dahl is the Chief Communications Officer for Roof Medics. After graduating with a double-major in English and Communication Studies at the beginning of the Covid pandemic, Breianna was offered a position with the family roofing company. Since starting with the company Breianna has started a Roof Medics Blog along with creating all the social media accounts for Roof Medics on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Charity Schultz is the Controller for Roof Medics. Once leaving her job as a substitute teacher and having her daughter, Charity accepted a position with the family roofing company. Since starting with the company Charity has completed a certificate course for accounting.
