Turning to the new year often comes with great optimism and excitement – hopefulness and enthusiasm about new beginnings run hot.

This year, however, I’m hearing a lot of pessimism and foreboding looking forward. We kick off a New Year of TSM the Podcast anchoring in real hope that transcends everything. It feels as though we’re going to need it this year.
