In the largest real-world test of the four-day work week to date, tens of thousands Brits will work 80% of their normal hours for 100% of their pay. An organization called “4 Day Week Global” is coordinating with 70 companies in the UK, along with three universities, to determine the effect of a shorter work week on employee morale and productivity.
