Here’s my special tribute mix from Adelaide’s 25 Years of System 6.

System 6 began as a tiny, 150-person underground rave at the turn of the century in the year 2000. What started as a sweaty, intimate gathering of hard-dance fanatics quickly exploded into one of Adelaide’s most iconic movements in the scene.

Born in 2000 during Adelaide’s dance music renaissance, System 6 soon became a powerhouse—packing out monthly hard dance raves and co-promoting some of the city’s biggest events and festivals. Think Rush, Traffic, Earth, Enchanted, Adrenaline, They Came From Mars, Once Upon a Time, Strawberry Fields, The Soda Room, Kaos Café street parties, Twice As Nice @ HQ, and St Pauls—just to name a few! I had the pleasure of many memorable guest sets at these events where I got to play some absolutely banging sets some of my best rave memories! 

This mix goes out to all the Hard Nutters and true lovers of hard house, thumping bass, and the raw underground energy that defined a generation.
