We sat down with local developer and conservationist Peter Poole at the beautifully renovated Rutherford Cottage steps away from the Bow River right here in Banff. We discussed many things including the importance of heritage homes and their use in a housing crisis. We discuss Peter's thoughts on the train station ARP and what development in Banff SHOULD look like.
