Cam Cooney - born and raised Aussie - is a Vedic Meditation teacher out of Glasgow, Scotland. Cam is a sheet rocker, drinker and all about football. That is until he falls off a roof and breaks his back at 19yrs old. Can't work. Can't play football. Riddled with anxiety. A call to adventure via pain. Cam leans into the pain and finds out what it means to level up. He lives for that shit. Yeah, he teaches meditation; still cusses like a true Aussie though. Oh, and fuck herbal tea. Cam is the embodiment of embracing who the fuck you are regardless of spiritual practice. He aims to reach a different crowd through his story and teaching meditation. The roughnecks.
