In this solo episode, I am speaking about another collective theme I am seeing currently of many being in the mind, the thoughts, and trying to control or plan. It feels like there is a big collective calling to really return back to the present, and create more balance in the mind.

Although this is a collective theme, it is a cycle that can show up for many people regularly, and so this episode is not just for this moment in time.

I speak about how this is showing up in regards to following Soul guidance, as well as actually how it’s showing up for those that have maybe just got into the habit of being very switched on and mentally active.

I share some tangible ways to shift back into receiving … as well as going into the ways this is showing up in more depth.
