Episode 74 - Leave No Cigarettes Behind

Listen Later

This week, the guys discuss the case of the strange disappearance of a law enforcement officer in Hinckley Township, Ohio. At 4:00 a.m. on July 30, his tan 1980 Toyota station wagon was found at Lakefront State Park on Lake Erie in Cleveland, Ohio. Found inside his locked car were his wallet with $15 in cash, credit cards, his police identification and badge, suntan lotion, a beach towel and a pack of cigarettes. Initially, it was believed that he drowned in the lake, however, the theory was discounted when the facts supporting it fell apart. So where did he go? What happened to Mel Wiley back in 1980?
