We stop by Chubby Chix Cakery in Orchard Park, NY (just outside of Buffalo) to talk to the owners, Kimmi and Jessica. They opened a month ago so we discussed what it is like to open a small local business. They are known for their Chubby Buns, which is their very delicious version of a cinnamon bun. They gave us some to take home and we all agree they are to die for. Shawn vouches for their peanut butter cookies as well. They also do custom cakes for any occasion, cupcakes, cookies, pies and more! We talk about how they got started, what it's like to run a bakery, and some funny stories (of course).
