Today I want to talk about hiring some help, possibly your first employee.  Specifically, VA’s!

Over the last few Focus Friday’s, we’ve been talking about overwhelm.  On this episode we are going to give you one option that can help that, and that is going out and hiring help.  The exciting possibility of hiring your first employee.  Whether virtual or in person.  But I will focus on VA’s today as it is something we utilize and love in our businesses.
