Joseph Reagle (left) and Jackie Koerner (right) are the editors of the new book Wikipedia @ 20: Stories of an Incomplete Revolution. Dr. Reagle is an Associate Professor of Communication Studies at Northeastern University, as well as the author of the books Good Faith Collaboration, Reading the Comments, and Hacking Life. Dr. Koerner is a qualitiative research analyst for online communities, and has also been a visiting scholar for the Wiki Education Foundation.
