As the Director of Strategy for NACTO (the National Association of City Transportation Officials), Kate spends time working on bike share, safety, and other policy issues. Prior to NACTO, Kate designed and implemented Citi Bike in NYC, the nation’s largest and most heavily used bike share program. Kate offers insight on how bike share fits into the larger transportation ecosystems within cities and her opinions on the future of bike share in North America.
