Lee-Ann is the owner of The Intimacy Authority and we talk a lot about why we need to allow ourselves to be vulnerable and humble to connect with ourselves and others.

When we open ourselves up to others we can find the shared values that attract the people that align with us on teh deeper levels. Its like opening a door between ourself and the other person and creates a sacred space.
