Freelance writer and We Will Not be Tamed ambassador Dan Oko has visited state parks all over the state and has written about them for many different publications. Recently, Dan visited Palo Pinto Mountains State Park for a preview visit of the new park. The park will open to the public once a $9 million private fundraising effort led by Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation (TPWF) is completed.
