Welcome to another Wednesday morning and another episode of LIFE WORK BALANCES!
Today I sat down with Rachel Luna, who is the Assistant Director for the Center for Student Involvement at University of the Pacific. Rachel was a guest on the LIVE LIFE WORK BALANCES episode recorded at ACPA this year, and it was really awesome to get to spend some time with her by herself and get to learn a bit more about the great work she is doing. We talked about trying new things, tee ball, learning and diving in deep to new subjects, multiracial identity, journalism, story telling, leadership positions, picking a graduate school, and mentors. We also talked about caring for introverts, pets and specifically dogs, CAL football, social media, working out, pushing comfort zones, setting boundaries, softball and a lot more!
