At the end of a long day, we yearn for rest and relaxation. When you've worked yourself to the bone, and are tired of life, rest is the best medicine. God created us to rest. That's why we can lie down every night and sleep in peace, as David did. We can trust God while we sleep. He will carry us safe through the night. He never slumbers nor sleeps. Day or night doesn't influence Him. Take time to rest and relax, whether you go to the beach, the lake or any place away from your normal day to day activities, it gives us a chance to recharge and come to peace. God wants you to rest, so do it! Thank you and God Bless!
