When we transition to different seasons, it can be really helpful for us to check our mindsets. I want to start a series that is based on that - going into some specific reframes for the summer. Not that reframing is only for the summer, but some of the topics we're going to talk about come up naturally at this time of year and so getting in the right mindset to make the most of this season ahead of us is a good thing!
