The constitution is the foundation of laws. If Congress passes a law that is unconstitutional, the courts can come in and determine it's constitutionality. We need to know the constitution better. It is so vital that it drives all laws that Congress passes. It drives the judicial system, the tax systems, and many other issues in our country. Take some time to study the constitution, it is not a hard read.
